David Fretwell, co-founder, President & CEO, is responsible for driving strategic direction, building business relationships, and overall management and leadership of Z Y Solutions Corporation. Mr. Fretwell brings extensive high-tech management experience to the company, and posses a proven track record of building strong sales, marketing, business development and technology teams. A 20-year veteran of the IT industry, he began his career with Electronic Data Systems, and later moved on to hold various sales and management positions for Soft•Switch (a division of IBM), KnowledgeNet, International Software Group and Giga Information Group.
Mr. Fretwell holds a degree in Computer Sciences from the University of West Florida.

CRM Practice Lead
Dale O'Leary is responsible for leading the technical teams at Z Y Solutions and is the practice lead for the company's CRM practice. Mr. O'Leary, with over 22 years of high-tech experience, was previously Vice President of Product Development for KnowledgeNet, Inc., where he was the creator and product architect of the the company's premier product line. Prior to KnowledgeNet, Mr. O'Leary held various positions involving consulting & systems integration at Access International, Baxter Healthcare Corporation and SSA.
Mr. O'Leary holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
Tom Peters, responsible for the company's Business Intelligence practice, has over 20 years of technology experience helping companies integrate systems, manage databases, and make use of enterprise information. Mr. Peters leverages his expertise in information architecture, data warehouse design, ETL processes and BI platforms to deliver enterprise-wide BI solutions to customers of Z Y Solutions. Prior to joining the company in 1998, Mr. Peters held various consulting and management positions at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, SSA, KnowledgeNet and Proginet.
