Sales Executive As part of the sales team, you will be responsible to generate new business that is in line with the company’s core competencies through solution selling to direct end users, typically at the CxO level. You will be responsible for generating their own leads through cold calling, networking and establishing business partner relationships. You will also be expected to display a strong dedication to our clients by establishing and maintaining clear, honest and direct business relationships with these key decision makers/influencers. Your sales experience must be beyond just IT staff augmentation. You must be able to properly assess a client’s needs, identify the business issues at hand, and provide supporting information of our past solutions to close new business. You will be expected to take clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to presentation all the way through to closing. Although technical staff will support you on sales calls, it is necessary that you have a solid understanding of the technologies and solutions offered to our clients. For your efforts, we offer a competitive, performance-based compensation plan and benefits with a flexible work schedule. We do not require extensive travel, since our core market is in the Chicago area. We will not pay for relocation. |
