Member of Technical Staff

We are currently seeking talented candidates who use technology for the sake of business, not the other way around. The ideal candidate for a position with Z Y Solutions possesses:

A minimum of three years full life-cycle software development experience in a networked/distributed computing environment
The ability to understand that a true consulting solution is not just delivering the best technical product; it is listening to the clients’ needs, managing their expectations and delivering to them a solution that helps them achieve their business goals
The ability to work with a team, which not only includes the technical staff but the entire organization

Proven hands-on experience with Visual Basic, ASP development, along with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server are necessary to begin your career at Z Y Solutions. However, in order for you to succeed here, you must be willing to constantly expand your skills. Technology is an ever-changing environment, as is the work that Z Y Solutions does for our clients. Limiting our qualifications to one particular skillset limits the quality of the candidate, as well as the quality of our solutions.

As a member of technical staff, you will be responsible for tracking progress and deliverables by managing scope and milestones, identifying issues and raising awareness of those issues both internally and with the client, and working with sales to manage expectations throughout the client lifecycle.
